Shipping Policy

We currently are an online retailer with no options for curb-side pick up.

We offer free delivery within the GTA. All purchases outside this area are shipped through your Canada Post shipping selection, and shipping is free for any orders above $100.  

SHIPPING

We generally ship orders within 24-48 business hours, however, it may take longer depending on volume. Orders generally arrive within 2-4 business days but may take up to 7-14 days. 

We ship within Canada and to the U.S. and currently working on shipping internationally.

When you check out, you will get a shipping estimate based off of the Carrier and Service you select.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS or DHL unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships. 

Your entire order must be shipped to a single address. If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided. Chakra Jewels  is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by Canada Post, UPS or DHL, Chakra Jewels is no longer responsible for the package. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.

We only ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

 Please note this is just a guideline only as shipping delays can occur at any time and Chakra Jewels Accessories does not control how parcels are delivered.
